Different from your typical mass produced oil, Opus Oléa is:

Opus Oléa is an artisanal extra virgin olive oil that has been critically awarded with prizes in several international olive oil competitions. Our oil is of the highest quality with a clean, fresh smell and delicious taste. Opus Oléa is especially high in polyphenol antioxidants, boosting aroma, shelf stability and, of course, your health. Our olive oil is always substantially higher in total antioxidants than the 250mg/kg required, plus the more than 5mg/20g of hydroxytyrosol to make a legal health claim. The polyphenols measurement is taken at the time of bottling.
