Shipping policy

We aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible within 3 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.  

Your order shall be delivered to the address you provided at the time that you placed your order.

Deliveries shall be made by a nominated third party courier on our behalf.

Deliveries are FREE for orders to a U.K. mainland address totaling more than £50.00.  Deliveries totaling more than £60.00 are also FREE to addresses in Scotland or Northern Ireland.  For all other orders, the following delivery charges (incl. VAT) will apply:

Standard delivery: £3.00 for orders weighing up to 1.2kg and £5.00 from 1.21kg - 2.5kg, where delivery is to one single U.K. address (for Scotland and Northern Ireland the shipping cost is £5.00 flat).  

We are unable to split orders to separate addresses.

The best value orders are for bundles of six bottles that get a volume discount and where no shipping cost applies within the UK.  Stock up for yourself, for presents or to share with friends and family members.

Any dates quoted for delivery are intended to be an estimate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products however incurred.  Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. If no delivery date is specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
