Grown at approximately 550m altitude in the hills of Messinia, where cooler temperatures and slower olive ripening concentrate natural polyphenols and aromatic compounds. Carefully hand-harvested early, from 100% organic Koroneiki olives, expertly cold-pressed within hours of harvest, packaged with highest hygiene standards

Total polyphenols: 874 mg/kg - more than three times the threshold required for a legal EU health claim. Hydroxytyrosol: 17.5 mg per 20g serving - more than three times the minimum required. Free acidity: 0.2% - four times better than the 0.8% regulatory limit for extra virgin olive oil. Gluten free.
How to use it
Outstanding used raw and exceptional for home cooking. Its fruity, aromatic character makes it particularly well suited as a finishing oil - drizzled over salads, burrata, dips, grilled fish, sourdough or fresh/steamed vegetables. Great for finishing soups, sauces and stews. Cold-pressed within hours of harvest for freshness you can taste. We take great care to store this high value oil in the most appropriate conditions in our UK warehouse.
