Great in blueberry Dutch pancake, lemon-blueberry muffins and lemon raspberry cake.
Blend into a citrusy aioli with the addition of egg yolk, mustard, salt and garlic - perfect for grilled vegetables and seafood.
Brush grilled chicken or seafood with lemon olive oil before serving for an aromatic finish.
