Our very first Loaded Olive Oil - the one that kicked off the series back in June 2023 - is still an all-time favorite. Crafted for dipping, sharing, and savouring, this bold blend is a flavour bomb you’ll come back to again and again.
Think briny green olives, punchy capers, zesty lemon, and fragrant parsley all swirling in a pool of our golden Opus Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s salty, citrusy, herbaceous, and totally addictive.
Perfect accompaniment to a refreshing summer aperitivo of chilled wine and G&T's or as a bright, crowd-pleasing start to any meal.
½ cup of Opus EVOO
2 tbsp green olives, roughly chopped
2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
pinch of zest from a lemon
2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Crusty artisan bread, for dipping
Choose a flat, light-coloured plate with a rim to catch every golden drop.
Pour in your Opus EVOO to form a generous layer.
Gently stir in the chopped olives, capers, lemon zest, and parsley until beautifully combined.
Tear into chunks of that lovely bread and dip away.
